카녜 웨스트의 대표곡들 중 하나로 [[롤링 스톤 선정 500대 명곡]] 273위에 랭크되었다. 대중적으로 성공한 세 번째 칸예 노래이며[* Through the Wire, All Falls Down이 큰 성공을 거둔 이후에 싱글로 발매되었다.], 가사 또한 예수에 관한 종교적 가사를 금지하면서 마약, 섹스같은 퇴폐적인 가사를 허용하는 검열국에 대한 비판이라 이후의 가사와는 차이점이 보인다. 

그리고 정통 [[붐뱁]]과 [[가스펠]]의 조화로 음악성도 높아, 현지에서 칸예의 대표곡을 꼽으라면 가장 먼저 나오는 노래들 중 하나다. 상업적으로 가장 성공한 2집의 [[Gold Digger]][* 10주 연속 1위] 3집의 [[Stronger(카니예 웨스트)|Stronger]], 4집의 [[Heartless(카니예 웨스트)|Heartless]]와 함께 가장 자주 언급이 되며 특히 이 세 곡들은 빌보드 핫 100 1, 2위를 오간 대히트곡이다.
