당시 김광한이 진행하는 라디오 프로그램에서 매주 특정 요일에 빌보드 top 40를 방송했었는데 이 노래의 인기가 계속 올라가는데도 음반을 구하지 못했는지 유독 이 노래만 틀어주지 않았다. 그러다가 이 노래가 마침내 1위에 오르자 어디서 구했는지 이 노래를 틀어 주었다.
