잭슨 파이브의 싱글이며 이들의 데뷔 앨범 Diana Ross Presents The Jackson 5의 첫 싱글로 1969년 10월 6일에 발매되었다.

잭슨 파이브의 대표곡 중 하나이다. 후대에도 수많은 힙합 곡들에 샘플링되는 등[2] 많은 사랑을 받고 있는 명곡이다. 국내에선 영화 가디언즈 오브 갤럭시의 엔딩곡으로 잘 알려져 있다.[3]
