알란 파슨스가 1999년에 내놓은 앨범. 앨범의 컨셉트는 허버트 조지 웰즈의 동명 소설 타임머신을 소재로 한 작품이다. 작품 내용으로는 타임머신을 이용해 각종 시간과 우주, 과거와 현재, 미래를 오고간다는 내용이며 닥터후, 백 투 더 퓨처, 스타트렉, 오스틴 파워 등의 작품들에서 영향을 받았다.
일본에서 발매된 보너스 트랙 추가판의 마지막 대목에는 코미디언 마이크 마이어스가 피쳐링하였다.
