== 개요 ==
[[미국 국방부]]는 국방부 홈페이지에서 주요 [[미군]] [[장성급 장교]]의 [[인사명령]]을 발표한다. 명의는 각 군부 [[장관]]과 [[참모총장]] 명의로 나간다. [[방위성/인사발령]]과 마찬가지로 미군의 주요 장성급 장교의 [[커리어패스]]를 살펴볼 수 있도록 이 항목을 만들었다.

출처는[[http://www.defense.gov/releases/|General & Flag Officer Announcements]]이다. General Officer는 [[미합중국 육군]], [[미합중국 해병대]], [[미합중국 공군]]의 [[장군]]을 가리키며 Flag Officer는 [[미합중국 해군]]의 [[제독]]을 가리킨다.
