2022년 5월, [[카구야님은 고백받고 싶어]]의 [[후지와라 치카]]와 [[피키 블라인더스]]의 주인공 [[토마스 쉘비]]가 나란히 선 모습으로 합성하고 흑백 사진 필터링을 씌운 섬네일의 영상이 올라왔다. 둘 다 [[뉴스보이 캡]]을 쓰고 있다는 공통점에 착안한 듯.[* 모자를 쓰게 된 경위는 다른데, 쉘비는 [[갱단]]의 상징으로, 치카는 '''러브탐정(...)'''의 상징으로 쓰고 있다. 저 이미지를 따온 장면이 [[카구야 1기]] 3화 ED [[후지와라 치카#s-6.1|치카댄스]] 55초경의 '러브탐정 치카가 해결할 거야~' 파트다.]

왠지는 몰라도 조회수만 '''1500만을 넘으면서''' 대대적으로 퍼지고 밀다. 이 말도 안 되는 합성 이미지는 이걸 [[섬네일]]로 해 둔 영상이 도대체 어떤 기상천외한 내용일지 궁금해 하는 사람들을 대거 유인하며 어그로를 충실히 끌었던 모양. 

정작 영상에 들어가 보면 그냥 이 섬네일이 떠 있고 원곡이 흘러나올 뿐이다.[* [[Juan]] 밈과 비슷한 느낌.] 하지만 이게 뭔가 쿨하고 키치하다는 점에는 사람들이 모두 공감할 정도로 번뜩이는 발상[* 여기에 더해, 이전부터 서양 서브컬쳐 작곡가들 사이에서는 자신들의 앨범 자켓을 해당 밈처럼 실사사진에 애니메이션 캐릭터를 합성하여 만드는 경우가 알음알음 있어서 저런 그림에 사람들이 이미 꽤 익숙해져 있던것도 유행에 한몫했다.]이었던 터라, 이 영상이 인기를 끈 후 낡은 흑백사진에 애니 캐릭터를 합성한 것을 섬네일로 하고 이 노래를 틀어주는 비슷한 패러디 영상들이 양산되기 시작했다. 패러디가 하도 많아지면서 그냥 컬러 이미지를 그대로 합성하거나 아예 직접 그린 그림을 사용하는 영상도 나오고 있다.

댓글에는 왠지 모르게 곡의 올드한 분위기와 커버 사진의 기상천외한 조합이 잘 어울러져 미묘한 영향을 준다고 곡 감상에 새로운 감상을 받은 사람들의 댓글이 많다.
