1. 스웨덴의 프로그레시브 메탈밴드[편집]

A.C.T와 함께 AOR에 가까운 멜로디 위주의 스웨덴 프로그레시브 락/메탈 밴드이다. 보컬을 Andreas Novak으로 교체하고 발표한 앨범 '...Waiting for the Tide'가 평론가들로부터 좋은 평가를 받으며 이름을 알리기 시작했다. 2년 후 발표한 'A Work of Art' 앨범은 평론가들뿐만 아니라 팬들에게도 사랑 받으며 프로그레시브 메탈의 또 다른 접근법을 제시했다. 일부 팬들은 이들의 음악이 너무 말랑말랑한 팝메탈같다며 프로그레시브 메탈로 인정하지 않지만, 꼭 대곡 위주로 어렵게 곡을 써야만 프로그레시브한 음악은 아니다.

평론가들은 이들의 디스코그래피 중 가장 서정적인 앨범이라 평하는데, 개인적으로는 가장 프로그레시브 색채가 묻어낸 앨범이라 평하고 싶다. 실제로 이후 앨범들은 처음 들어도 귀에 꽂히는 멜로디가 많은 반면, 이 앨범 수록곡들은 재즈 어프로치가 많아 프로그레시브 메탈 팬이 아닌 이상 쉽게 귀에 들어오는 편은 아니다.
