1. 개요[편집]

SmartThings Home Care(스마트싱스 홈 케어)는 SmartThings의 제품의 상태를 보고 관리하는 인포테인먼트이다.


2. 상세[편집]

AI가 알고리즘으로 유저의 제품 사용 패턴과 제품의 로그를 분석하고, 기기의 상태를 진단해서 문제가 있으면 알려준다.

기기의 액세서리를 교체해야 하는 시기를 확인하고 새 정품 액세서리를 살 수 있다. 일일이 인터넷으로 액세서리를 찾지 않고도 SmartThings에 연결된 제품에 맞는 액세서리를 보여준다. 제품을 사는 쇼핑몰은 삼성닷컴으로 안내한다.


3. 실행 방법[편집]

  • "하이 빅스비 SmartThings Home Care 열어줘"라고 말하면 SmartThings Home Care가 켜진다.
  • 홈 화면에서 SmartThings Home Care 아이콘을 누르면 SmartThings Home Care가 켜진다.[홈화면에추가]
  • SmartThings에 들어가서 [라이프] → [SmartThings Home Care] 를 누르면 SmartThings Home Care가 켜진다.


4. 메뉴[편집]
