1999년 방송된 이니셜D 애니메이션의 2기 5화 '파멸로의 카운트다운'에 수록된 곡이다. 자세히 말하면, 후지와라 타쿠미가 아카기 고갯길에서 스도 쿄이치와 배틀할 때 삽입되었다. 몰아치는 후렴구와 동양적이면서도 이색적인 사운드 덕에 인기가 높은 곡이다.

본래 미공개 곡으로 이니셜D D Selection에 수록하고 난 뒤, 추후에 LP발매를 통해 선발매를 하여 정식 발매를 한 뒤에 SUPER EUROBEAT 시리즈에 수록할 예정이었으나, 해당 곡이 수록된 에피소드가 방영한 후 곡의 인지도가 높아져 같은 해 9월에 유로마하 1집에 수록된다.

게임에는 이니셜D 아케이드 스테이지 Ver. 3와, 해당 시리즈의 PSP 이식작인 이니셜D 스트리트 스테이지에 배경음악으로 수록되었다. 1번 트랙으로 묘우기를 고르면 맞춰져 있다. 다케우치 이츠키의 목소리가 들리는 곡.

이후 작곡자인 안드레아 레오나르디가 델타 레코드를 떠나서 세운 레이블인 SinclaireStyle로 권리가 이동되고, SinclaireStyle의 자체 컴필레이션 앨범인 Bratt Sinclaire Eurobeat Style Vol.9에 익스텐디드 버전으로 수록되는데, 이 버전의 길이는 6분 3초로 이니셜D OST 버전보다 약간 더 길다.
