Breakout의 두 번째 싱글로, 2008년 11월 4일 발매되었다. 미국 등을 제외한 일부 국가에선 이보다 앞선 2008년 8월 11일
See You Again의 리믹스 버전이 싱글로 발매되었기에 'Fly On The Wall'을 세 번째 싱글로 치기도 한다.
마일리가
한나 몬타나로 신드롬 급 인기를 구가한 직후부터 붉어진 파파라치 문제를 저격한 노래다. 뮤직비디오도 파파라치에게 쫓기는 내용을 담았다.
미국 빌보드 차트에선 그리 재미를 보지 못했다. 싱글컷하지 않은 수록곡이었던 'Breakout'이 56위였는데, 오히려 제대로 된 싱글이었던 이 곡은 84위에 그쳤다.
그 대신 유럽권에서 제법 인기를 끌었다. 영국 오피셜 차트 최고 순위는 16위인데, 이는 앨범의 리드 싱글이었던
7 Things 보다도 높은 순위이다.
