Extreme II: Pornograffitti(Pornograffitti 라고도 함)는 A&M 레코드를 통해 1990년 8월 7일에 발매된 록 밴드 Extreme의 두 번째 스튜디오 앨범이다.

Pornograffitti는 매우 잘 팔렸고 빌보드 200에서는 10위를 기록했으며 RIAA에 의해 미국에서 이중 플래티넘 인증을 받았고 밴드의 베스트셀러 앨범이 되었다. Pornograffitti에서 싱글컷된 More Than Words와 Hole Hearted는 빌보드 핫 100에서 각각 1위와 4위를 차지했다.
