웅장한 드럼 사운드와 강렬한 리드 브라스가 곡의 주된 테마를 이루는 곡이다. 곡의 가사 ‘등장 좀 시끄럽지 MAJORS’처럼 데뷔 때부터 수준 높은 음악과 퍼포먼스로 많은 음악팬들의 시선을 사로 잡고 있는 MAJORS는 ‘Salute’을 통해 더욱더 당당하고 자신감 있는 이들의 색깔 을 담아내고 있다. 데뷔곡 ‘Spit it out’부터 MAJORS의 여러 곡들을 프로듀싱 한 은종태와 함께 오마이걸, 청하, 이달의 소녀, 위클리 등 정상급 아이돌의 히트곡 메이커 Anna Timgren 그리고 KOM3T가 작곡을 맡아 곡의 완성도를 높였다. 작사에는 EXO,에일리,빅톤 등 메가히트곡들의 오유원이 작사에 참여했다. ‘Salute’으로 MAJORS는 KPOP 무대라는 거대한 항해를 떠나는 MAJORS의 또 다른 여정이 시작한다. 보다 멀리 저 은하계를 넘어서까지 이들의 ‘외침’이 힘차게 울려 퍼질 것이다.

Track 2 〈Giddy Up〉

귀를 자극하는 EDM 사운드를 기반으로 중독적이면서 매력적인 리듬이 매우 감각적인 곡이다. 때로는 서정적이면서 때로는 매우 강렬한 드럼 비트의 드롭 파트 등 드라마틱한 구성을 통해 MAJORS 멤버들의 개성 넘치는 보컬이 조화를 이루고 있는 것이 매력 포인트다. ‘어둡고 차가운 밤’ 과 같은 절망적인 상황에서 별빛처럼 변하지 않고 다양한 방식으로 해석될 수 있는‘너’ 를 지켜주겠다는 희망찬 메시지를 가사에 담고 있다.
에이프릴, 몬스타엑스, 우주소녀 등 여러 아이돌의 음악에 참여해온 어벤전승과 RICKY가 작곡했다. 곡의 프로듀싱은 은종태가 맡았으며 EXO,에일리,빅톤 등의 메가 히트곡들의 작사가 오유원이 작사에 참여해 곡의 완성도를 높였다.
