리처드 셔먼과 로버트 셔먼이 작사, 작곡하였으며, 제인 뱅크스 역의 캐런 도트리스와 마이클 뱅크스 역의 매튜 가버가 노래를 불렀다.
작중에서 아이들의 말썽을 견디지 못하고 보모 케이티가 일을 그만두고 새로운 보모를 구해야하게 되자 제인과 마이클이 부모 조지와 위니프레드에게 자신들이 원하는 보모의 조건에 대해 이야기해주는 노래이다.
