1. 개요[편집]
2006년 방영한 TV영화 하이 스쿨 뮤지컬의 사운드트랙이다. 데이비드 로렌스와 페이 그린버그가 작사, 작곡했으며, 샤페이 에반스 역의 애슐리 티스데일, 라이언 에반스 역의 루카스 그레이빌, 마사 콕스 역의 케이시 스트로, 지크 베일러 역의 크리스 워렌, 스케이터 소년 역의 더치 휘트록이 노래를 불렀다.
작중에서 이스트 고등학교 농구부 스타 트로이 볼튼이 뮤지컬 오디션에 지원했다는 소식이 학교에 퍼지자 제빵을 하는 농구부 지크 베일러, 힙합 댄스를 추는 모범생 마사 콕스, 첼로를 연주하는 스케이터 등 남몰래 숨겨둔 취향과 재능을 가지고 있던 학생들이 자신의 비밀을 고백한다. 이 모습을 본 샤페이와 라이언은 무언가 잘못되어가고 있다고 생각한다.
